Refund policy
Since we sell made-to-order products, we do not allow cancellations after 24 hours of a purchase being completed. Whether your order has been fabricated or not, we do not accept cancellations after the 24-hour period. Returns are allowed if the item was damaged in shipping or incorrect, at our expense. We do allow exchanges in some cases. If you have a situation that falls outside of these policies, please contact us and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is the satisfaction of our customers, so we are always willing to make every effort to resolve any issue.
